1/2 of a $500.00 security deposit is due upon
reservation. The balance is due 60 days before the date reserved.
All reservations under 4 nights require a cleaning fee of $80.00 ($100.00 for
the 4 bedroom) Check in
time is 3pm & check out time is 11am. Security deposit is fully
refunded after cleaning if there is no damage & nothing is missing, please
allow 2 weeks to process your refund.
When checking out, leave the key for the maid.
Pets & smoking is permitted with caution. Extra deposit for pets.
